Tristan has sorted a number of PC issues for me recently. One being the insurance quote for my damaged all in one PC. He also took my old computer, stored all my files, advised me on what computer I should update the original one with and then returned all my files. Very reasonably priced for the job. He has also just worked on my PC remotely to solve an issue with the sleep settings and basically got me back up and running quickly. I have found Tristan to be knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. No doubt where I will go next time I need IT support!! Highly recommended. Thanks Tristan.

I've just spent a very enlightening hour on the telephone with Tristan. He has put my mind at rest in relation to GDPR compliance on my IT equipment, explained exactly what was and wasn't required and even remotely logged into my laptop to check where I currently stand.
